    As a kid, Will loved building things — whether it was Legos, Lincoln Logs, model cars, or just building things with cardboard and tape. That led him to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Building Science degree at Auburn University.

    He has since built an 18-year track record of success overseeing all phases of multimillion-dollar construction projects for public- and private-sector clients.     PARTNER | DIRECTOR OF PRECONSTRUCTION

    Cody Stubblefield lives in Apison, Tennessee with his wife Anna and two dogs, Boomer and Blu. As a little kid, he enjoyed building things, which sparked his interest in the construction industry. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga, and has worked in multiple sectors of the construction industry on the preconstruction front, developing considerable expertise in the industrial, healthcare, and higher education sectors.

  • GARRETT ADKINS

    PARTNER | DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION

    Garrett grew up on Signal Mountain, where he still resides today with his wife Mollie and their two Great Danes. Garrett and Mollie are expecting their first child in July of 2023. As a child, Garrett enjoyed hunting, fishing, spending time outdoors, and developed a love for motorcycles. He attended Chattanooga State Community College and the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga while working for a local residential dirt contractor.

    After college, Garrett worked in the commercial framing and drywall industry before becoming a project manager for a large civil contractor across the Southeast.
